10 out of 10 for this pub. No pokies. No loud music. A good selection of British beers, possibly unrivalled in NZ. Excellent staff.
I have frequented the Duke on a number of occasions, including a wedding reception, and found the owner and staff great.
The selection of british beer is 2nd to none in Dunedin.
The food is great too.
As this hotel is relocating, I will continue to go there in their new premises.
