> Short tumbler
Ingredients
50ml shot of dark rum
25ml shot of orange Curacao
25ml shot of apricot brandy
Juice of a lime
2 dashes orgeat syrup
2 dashes sugar syrup
Method
> Fill a shaker with ice
> Put one half of lime husk in the chilled tumbler and add crushed ice
> Shake all ingredients together and strain into the tumbler
> Garnish with a sprig of mint
