> Champagne flute

Ingredients
5 oz Champagne
¼ oz gin
¼ oz Cointreau
¼ oz fresh lemon juice

Method
> Fill cocktail shaker with ice
> Add gin, Cointreau and lemon juice
> Strain into Champagne flute
> Top up with Champagne
