SPECTACULAR! 3D is awesome. Definitely lives up to all the hype!!

This is one of the best movies I have seen for sheer entertainment. The special effects, and the whole concept of the movie were wonderful, I didn't want it to end.

A visual feast - fantastic in 3d and on the IMAX !! Biggest film of the year !!!

Wow! Wow! Wow! What a beautiful movie-no 3D for us..Fantastic. If i could describe how a beautiful feeling looked like... the special effects in this movie definitely show it. It really does make us realise what we are doing to Papatuanuku, or more importantly how we should take care of her and respect her... Go see it.

ever since this came out my son has seen it about 8 times and cant wait for the dvd..and hes only 2..

Opening my eyes to the full has once again happened, first, it was watching the matrix reloaded which was my favourite movie back. So much detail that you can't help but keep trying not to close your eyes so you can get as much of the amazing 3D graphic details.

This is one of the movies that watching them once is not fair because it is made to be watched many times.

What an awesum movie! Great storyline, mind-blowing visual fx & seeing it in 3D makes it all the more exciting. Brilliant work by James Cameron, oh to have such a creative mind like that. Took a while to bring it to the big screen, but well worth the wait.

This is one of the best movies I've seen to date. How about that eh the director got the language from us Maoris. Would definately recommend this movie to everybody, especially in 3D.

Great Movie would let all my friends know to go and watch it....

Like many I was anticipating a lot from this film. As a movie going experience it was up to form. Effects were fantastic, unfortunately that was were the creative juices stopped. Fantasy world was rather predictable, and the storyline exceedingly flat. I cannot still understand WHY Sig. Weaver was hyped in the media as being in the film as her part was full of stereotype. Obviously a film to have to see at the cinema to enjoy the 3D experience if it wasn't for this I would say a 'wait till DVD release'.

I was reluctant to go, as I didn't think I would enjoy it and thought it would drag on as it seemed like it was going to be a long movie. But I'm glad I went, I was riveted to my seat, lost in the amazing computer graphics and scenes, it was fantastic!

Incredible movie apart from amazing special effects there was a good story to follow, & your actually cheering evrytime a us soilder is killed.

this film i thought was amazing.......it kept me totally fixated on it.....i am not much of an action kind of movie goer but from the beginning, middle and the end....this film kept me interested.....awesome afftects...storyline was good.......

Whilst I agree that the film was technically well done, and the effects well considered and executed, I found the storyline lacking, rather Disney for adults.

Absolutely exceptional - had the privilege of going to the NZ premier tonight and have to say that I was really glad that for once a movie lived up to the hype!
CGI was like nothing else I've seen - Oscar time I think!
